The company

ALLYSCA is a subsidiary of ERGO Group AG with a growing, dynamic team that is rethinking assistance. We win customers over with an optimal mix of digital and personal assistance and service solutions.

24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we successfully support people in everyday and emergency situations. By doing so, we help businesses improve their customer relations and cost efficiency.

So what is assistance?

The basic principle of assistance is to organize and provide fast, direct, on-site help in an emergency or in the event of damages, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A simple, classic example is breakdown assistance.

But assistance services can also be useful in everyday situations. As customer requirements change, these sorts of everyday information, advice and organization services are becoming increasingly important. Customers today are mobile and networked. Quality and service are becoming ever more important to them – and they expect 24h availability.

Fundamentally, these sorts of services can be thought of as assistance services. Any assistance provider must have a sufficient network of partners to be technically and practically able to perform the services.

We apply our core skill – ‘we know people’ – to tasks far beyond our core assistance unit, offering our insurance, finance, automotive and industrial clients individual solutions and high-quality services covering all types of media-based communication.
