You will work full hours for full pay in your first month. Your tasks as an Assistance Coordinator
- Receiving customer calls (inbound)
- Working independently to advise customers and process customer requests by phone and email
- Organizing rapid assistance in everyday and emergency situations
- Our customers’ situations vary enormously: from breakdowns to finding a suitable tradesman to VIP ticket services.
- Using our network of service providers to coordinate assistance
- Documenting and processing requests in IT systems
Most importantly: you are a sympathetic listener for customer issues, you understand their needs, think and act in a service-oriented way and enjoy helping people.
