The ALLYSCA Assistance GmbH office is located in Kustermannpark, in Munich’s beautiful Haidhausen district.
From the north (A9 Nuremberg):
- Take the Mittlerer Ring towards Südosten/Messe
- Follow the Isarring through the Richard-Strauss-Tunnel
- Turn right onto Berg-am-Laim-Straße
- After the underpass, turn left onto Orleansstraße
- Turn right onto Rosenheimer Straße
- Turn right into Kustermann Park at the traffic light after the underpass
From the east (A94 Passau):
- When the motorway ends, continue straight on Einsteinstraße
- Turn left onto Grillparzerstraße
- Continue on Orleansstraße
- Turn left onto Rosenheimer Straße
- Turn right into Kustermann Park at the first traffic light after the underpass
From the south (A8 Salzburg):
- When the motorway ends, continue straight on Rosenheimer Straße
- Turn left onto St- Martin-Straße
- Turn right onto Balanstraße
- Turn right onto Orleansstraße
- Turn right again onto Rosenheimer Straße
- Turn right into Kustermann Park at the first traffic light after the underpass
From the west/southwest (A96 Lindau, A95 Garmisch):
- When the motorway ends, turn right onto the Mittlerer Ring
- Follow signs for Süden/Zoo/Messe as you drive along Garmischer Straße, Heckenstaller Straße, Brudermühlstraße and Candidstraße until you reach Chiemgaustraße
- Turn left on Claudius-Keller-Straße
- Turn right onto Balanstraße
- Turn right onto Orleansstraße
- Turn right again onto Rosenheimer Straße
- Turn right into Kustermann Park at the first traffic light after the underpass
Underground parking
When you reach the entrance to Rosenheimer Straße, you’ll see a gate. Please buzz here. The receptionist will open the gate and tell you where to park. The entrance to the underground parking garage is past the forecourt on the left side. After parking your car, please sign in at our reception area at Rosenheimer Straße 116a.

Vom Hauptbahnhof
- Ab München Hauptbahnhof fahren alle S-Bahn-Linien sowie U4/U5 bis zum Ostbahnhof. Vom Ostbahnhof können Sie entweder laufen oder den Bus nehmen.
Vom Flughafen
- Ab München Flughafen fährt die S8 (schneller) und die S1 zum Ostbahnhof.
Vom Ostbahnhof mit dem Bus
- Die Linien 55, 145, 155, N45 fahren zur Haltestelle Kustermann Park (zwei Haltestellen vom Ostbahnhof).
Vom Ostbahnhof zu Fuß
- Vom Ostbahnhof dauert der Fußweg etwa zehn Minuten.
- Wenden Sie sich nach links und folgen Sie der Orleansstraße bis zur Rosenheimer Straße.
- Überqueren Sie die Ampel und gehen Sie nach links auf die Rosenheimer Straße.
- Nach der Unterführung liegt der Kustermann Park auf der rechten Seite.
- Folgen Sie dem Weg nach oben auf den Gebäudevorplatz.
